PRICING

Pricing for services is determined based on the scope and complexity of each project. Fees may be structured as fixed project rates, hourly billing, or milestone-based payments, as agreed upon in writing.

PAYMENT TERMS

Clients are required to pay invoices according to the terms outlined in their agreement, typically within thirty (30) days of the invoice date unless otherwise specified. Payments may be required in advance or in installments depending on the project.

LATE PAYMENTS

Late payments may be subject to additional fees or interest charges as permitted by applicable law. Azarel Ventures Inc. reserves the right to suspend services until outstanding balances are settled.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Due to the nature of consulting services, fees paid are generally non-refundable once services have commenced. Cancellation terms will be outlined in the client agreement. Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to resources required for the successful delivery of services.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Azarel Ventures Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. All services are provided in good faith and based on available information.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Any materials or deliverables provided remain the intellectual property of Azarel Ventures Inc. until full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws in the jurisdiction where the company operates.
